Because all of our products are custom-made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. We highly recommend checking our size charts before placing an order.

Damages and issues
We stand behind the quality of our products! If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at dezignwater@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the defective/wrong item

Once verified, we will happily arrange a free replacement or a refund for you. You do not need to return the defective item to us.
